Pauline is a new addition to HEAD ABOVE WATER, but she comes to us with 10 years of competitive swimming experience and 8 years of teaching experience. She was born and raised in Montreal, Canada, and moved to Los Angeles 4 years ago. She graduated University with a Bachelor’s degree in Women Studies and Human Rights at Concordia University. She currently works in Aviation as a full time job and uses the rest of her time to teach swimming lessons. She has also recently started training stunt actors to better their craft in the movie industry.
Pauline is extremely dedicated to the sport of swimming. She has experience working with young toddlers through adults. She absolutely loves what she does! She is passionate, dedicated and extremely positive. She loves working with kids and loves to give back. Working with Pauline would be a great overall experience for the parent and child. Not only does she love to see the student grow and improve, but she creates great relationships with the child and assures their safety and trust. Parents gravitate towards Pauline, due to her genuine character, personality and skill. It isn’t all about business for her, it’s about relationship building, which is crucial in our everyday lives. She desires for her students to have as much fun as possible kicking, splashing, and blowing bubbles!

Q1: Where did you grow up?
Q2: If you could go anywhere in the world, where would you go and why?
I would love to go to Thailand! I would absolutely love to learn more about the culture, try the food and see the beauty that the country has to offer.
Q3: What is your favorite thing about being a swim instructor?
Seeing the growth of my students! Giving back to the next generation of swimmers is priceless to me! I also love building a relationship of trust with the student.
Q4: Who is your hero?
My mother! There are no words to explain what a strong role model she has been in my life. She is selfless and kind, and puts everyone before herself. She is the strongest woman I know and I am grateful that I have grown up to gain a lot of her qualities, but I would never match up to the perfect human being that she is.
Q5: If you could eat one meal for the rest of your life what would it be?
Anything with Shrimp in it!!!!
